How To Get Started

To start planning your vacation, please request your quote. After you complete the quote request form, I will reach out to you via email, and we can kick off the planning process together!

Unlimited Quotes

As your vacation planner, my goal is to help you find the perfect destination and accommodations for your group. I understand it can be overwhelming to sort through all of the potential options available to you, so I’m happy to offer free, no-obligation quotes to help in guiding your decision. Additionally, I can place a courtesy hold for up to 3 days on most destinations at no cost, giving you ample time to discuss all options with your travel party and make the best choice for everyone. Together, we’ll create a vacation package that’s just right for you and your family!

Booking Your Vacation

Most vacations require a small, refundable deposit (anywhere from $40-$400) to secure your reservation.

All reservations are booked through a travel agent portal, meaning all funds are applied directly to your reservation.

Final payments are due 30-60 days prior to your arrival, depending on your destination.

Managing Your Vacation

Once your vacation is secured, we will provide you with all confirmation details, as well as next steps in the planning process. This is when the fun begins! You always have control of your vacation.

Remember: I am here to help throughout the entire process as much (or as little) as you’d like.

For all Disney vacations, you will manage your vacation through a variety of different sites/apps depending on your destination:

All Sandals & Beaches vacations are managed through the app here.

All Royal Caribbean Cruise Line reservations are managed online here.

For all other destinations, I will inform you of any vacation management tools or applications that may be helpful.

Since I work with families all over the country and in various time zones, I’d appreciate it if you could email me to schedule a phone call in advance, should you prefer to chat that way. Your questions and needs are my top priority!

Please note that my Facebook and Instagram messages aren't monitored as frequently as my email, so it’s best to contact me directly through email for a quicker response. All inquiries are processed in the order they’re received, except for urgent matters such as last-minute modifications or travel emergencies.

Each vacation comes with important dates that will be clearly outlined for you at the time of booking. While I closely monitor all deadlines, I kindly ask that you also add these dates to your calendar and stay mindful of them as they approach. This will help ensure everything runs smoothly.
